RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love the item you are buying as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased at E. Lynn Plus within 7 days after receiving your item for store credit or exchange.

To request a return log into your customer account and find the item you would like to return in your order history. From there you can make your return request. If you are unable to log into your account or have trouble finding your order please email us at elynn@elynnplus.com to request a refund. Please wait for approval before shipping your item back. 

All returns are at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are not in their original condition, as stated above. Thank you for understanding.


The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return:

  • ANY reduced priced item or sale item

  • Jewelry + Accessories

  • Hats + Hair Accessories

E. Lynn Plus is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You must file a claim with the USPS or call your local post office.
